Studio Code.

I didn't have the best luck with this project.  I was able to download it fine, but once I started coding it the video picture would freeze, but the sound would still be going OR they both would freeze.  (This was working on it while saved in sodium) So then I downloaded it onto the desktop and it was better, but still had some freezing issues.  I'm not sure when i'd use studio code, but it was good to breakdown my own lesson and see when and how i did things.
Management is very important in teaching a class.  If you're not prepared and organized, nothing will go right and the students wont benefit from physical education that day.  Organization meaning having the equipment in the right place with the right spacing.  Also, instructing the kids where you need them to be during the lesson.  Transitions in a lesson is very very important.  Its what makes the lesson run smoothly.  By transitioning from one activity to the next correctly and efficiently, students wont miss out on the fun activities and learning because everything was run smoothly.  The actually lesson, is also important in management.  If you spend too much time on warmup, fitness, and transitioning then the students lose time on the lesson which is top priority on the agenda for P.E.  The lesson is where the student learns the most and applies it to other things in physical activity.
Instructions help a lesson stay under control. Using an anticipatory set to start the class allows students to relate what activity they're about to do to sports.  Rules are also a major part of instructions.  By stating the rules and signals at the beginning of class the students acknowledge who's in charge and what to do through out the lesson when the teacher does certain signals. Jargons is something that I struggled with, but feel got better with by the 3rd lesson taught.  I noticed I overuse and fall back on the same two words when i'm nervous. Being able to not use jargons shows confidence, that you relaxed, and is more professional.
Next semester I want to work on not using the same complimentary words and also focus on my jargons.  To eliminate all "you guys" from my vocabulary and to do a better job of individual feed back to students.
